2) Speed: The thickness of the oil film is related to the reciprocating speed. If the speed is too high, the oil film will become thicker. If the speed is too low, less than 0.05m/s, the oil film will become thinner, the friction will become larger, and it is easy to produce "creeping".

3) Conflict resistance: The friction resistance between the seal and the moving part is variable. The friction resistance is particularly large at startup (dry friction). When the appropriate speed is reached, a continuous oil film is formed between the friction pairs, and the friction resistance decreases. When the friction pair movement speed is too high, the oil film becomes thicker and the friction resistance becomes larger.
4) Temperature: Changes in oil temperature affect the viscosity of the oil, the thickness of the oil film and the sealing function. To ensure the excellent performance of the seal, the working temperature of the hydraulic system should be kept at 40-80C.
5) Cleanliness: The pollution control of the hydraulic claw oil is generally NAS level, that is, the concentration of dirt particles with a diameter greater than &101m in the oil must be less than 3mg/100ml.
6) Contact pressure: The contact pressure must be moderate to form a very thin continuous oil film. If the contact pressure is too small, the oil film is thick and easy to leak; if the contact pressure is too large, the oil film is too thin, which is easy to form dry friction and shorten the service life of the seal.
7) Surface roughness: The surface roughness of the piston and piston rod is generally 0.8, and the roughness of the seal installation groove is 1.6 on the side and R3 on the bottom.
8) Pressure: The oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder will cause the deformation of the seal to achieve the sealing effect, but it will also increase the wear of the sliding surface, cause heat, promote the temperature rise of the system, and further increase the sliding resistance. Therefore, the pressure must be strictly controlled in actual use. This is also a requirement to ensure the service life of the seal. For example, the service life of a 16MPa seal in a 16MPa hydraulic system is two years; if it is used in a 21MPa hydraulic system, it is shortened to two months; if it is used in a 31.5MPa hydraulic system, the service life is only two days.
9) Medium: In order to meet various requirements, different additives are added to the hydraulic oil. The compatibility and service life of the additive sealing material will have a great impact, and it is necessary to select the appropriate sealing material according to the oil.
10) Gap: It mainly refers to the cooperative clearance of the sealing device groove or the sealing sliding surface on the low-pressure side. Under the action of hydraulic pressure, the Glyd ring seal will deform and plastically move, and the root of the Glyd ring seal tends to be squeezed into the cooperative clearance. In order to ensure the efficiency, accuracy and life of the hydraulic cylinder, the sealing structure is often equipped with a guide element.
